The Daggett Fire Department is an all-volunteer fire department and falls under the umbrella of the Daggett Community Services District. The department is led by Fire Chief Wayne Clemons Jr.
The fire department is staffed by over 15 volunteer firefighters who travel into Daggett from all four counties of Southern California to serve the residents of Daggett and those traveling through the Silver Valley.
Burn permits may be obtained at the CSD office and may only be used when conditions warrant. Details regarding burning procedures are provided upon completing the permit process at the CSD.
